Learning to Soar

The newly fledged eaglet looks before it leaps.

We're happy to introduce the eaglet, only days out of its nest. It walked back and forth along the cliff top, hopping from level to level using its wings for balance. Finally it gained confidence and soared across the canyon. What a joy to observe this magnificent eagle taking one of its first flights.
